2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner is residing along with his mother and that the application for issuance of free house site patta given by his mother Pappathi, W/o. Subramani is under consideration. It is stated that the third respondent herein will pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
