The petitioner has prayed for a direction to consider representation dated 06.08.2025 for granting an alternative site to the petitioner or to pay compensation under Act 30 of 2013.
2. Learned Government Advocate has placed on record written instructions received from the Revenue Divisional Officer stating that the 2/5
award was issued on 14.06.1999 and that the acquired lands have been put to use in the manner described in a table at paragraph 3 of the written instructions. Therefore, he submits that htere is no room to provide an alternative site to the petitioner. Without prejudice, he submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed of on merits.
3. In these circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Revenue Divisional Officer to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
