ORDER

Recording the submission of both the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the entire loan amount has been settled, the Writ Petition stands closed. In view of the settlement of the entire dues, the respondent Bank shall forthwith return all the original mortgaged documents, which are in their custody, to the petitioner, in any event, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
