ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the property and life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 12/10/2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the representation/complaint made by the petitioner, enquiry is undertaken in C.S.R.No.823 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, the fourth respondent appeared before the Enquiry Officer and gave a statement that he will not make any trouble to the petitioner in future. The above said undertaking was given on 19.03.2023. Similarly, another person by name Rajasekaran appeared and gave statement that he will not make any trouble to the petitioner. Apart from that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.523 of 2023 was registered against one Karthik and others.

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, during the course of enquiry, the fourth respondent appeared and enquired. In view of the above said undertaking given by the fourth respondent nothing survives for further consideration and direction. If any trouble arises in future, the petitioner can approach the second respondent for proper action. On that occasion the second respondent may take proper action against the 4th respondent.

4.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of 01.12.2023 NCC :
