ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The stand of the respondent is that the case on hand is one of escaped assessment. The petition mentioned premises was originally assessed to property tax on the footing that it measures an extent of 570 sq.ft. According to the respondent, the actual extent is 3363 sq.ft. That is why the impugned demand was raised. The respondent states that since objection has been received from the writ petitioner herein, it will be duly considered and an appropriate order shall be passed within a period of 15 days.

3.Recording the stand of the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
