Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents No.1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner and her family members with the false complaint lodged by the 5th respondent under the guise of enquiry. 2.The petitioner purchased the property from the husband of the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent made a complaint before the third respondent and fourth respondent with allegation that the petitioner has illegally obtained the sale deed and hence, requested to take action against the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the petition was closed. Hence, there is no necessity for further adjudication in this case.

4.In view of the above, this criminal original petition stands closed.
