O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to secure the wife of the petitioner, namely, Murugeswari, W/o.Saravanan, aged about 22 years, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent police has produced the detenue/ Murugeswari before this Court. This Court enquired her and she submitted that she got married with the petitioner on 10.12.2016 and it was an arranged marriage by consent of their parents. She further stated that on her own volition now she has left the matrimonial home to live with one Muppidathi, who is her friend and she has left her child with the petitioner.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
