Madurai District approximately an extent of 0.3.24 H.Acres and consequently direct the third respondent to provide police protection at the time of survey the land and take action in accordance with law within the stipulated time period.

ORDER

Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.K.Gnanasekaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the third respondent.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has already made an application for survey of the land and has also paid necessary challan,

there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2024 and take appropriate action on the same, after affording opportunity to the fourth respondent or any other person interested, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
