ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.RAJKUMAR SEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for R1 and Mr.D.MURUGANANDHAM, Additional Government Pleader for R2 & R3, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 111 days in filing the restoration petition in WP(MD) No.10141 of 2014.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing the petition.
3. In view of the above and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to allow the petition subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the Legal Services Committee, attached to this Bench, on or before this week end, failing which the petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to this Court.
4. The petition is ordered accordingly. Post the restoration petition on 10.02.2020.
