O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the respondents Nos.1 to No.6 not to grant any postal registration to the 2/6

8th respondent and reject any application made by him for issuance of postal registration in his name, based on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2023.

2. The petitioner made a representation on 22.09.2023 seeking not to grant any postal registration to the 8th respondent and reject any application made by him for issuance of postal registration in his name. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 to 6 would submit that for getting postal registration, on-line application should be filed. If any on-line application is filed, the same shall be considered by taking into consideration of the relevant documents annexed to the said application. Therefore, the petitioner's request for not to grant any postal registration to the 8th respondent and reject any application made by him for issuance of postal registration in his name, cannot be considered.

4. In view of the above said submissions, this Court is of the view that the prayer in the Writ Petition cannot be granted and the same is liable to be dismissed.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate forum to redress his grievance. There shall be no order as to costs. 17.12.2025 vsm Index : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No 4/6
