ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to grant permission to conduct Temple Festival Arulmigu Selva Vinayagar, Sri Muthala Amman, Sri Bagavathi Ammal, situated at Sembaiantham Village, Kadavur Taluk, Karur District, on 04.09.2025 based upon the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2025.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that third respondent has already passed an order granting permission to conduct the aforesaid festival based on the petitioner's representation, dated 25.08.2025. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
