The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and take necessary action on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 18.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as it discloses a civil dispute.
