ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by a Zonal Deputy Tahsildar challenging the order of dismissal.
2. The petitioner herein was convicted in a DVAC case and she was dismissed from service on 19.06.2018. On appeal, this Court was pleased to acquit her on 14.07.2022. Based upon her acquittal, the petitioner has sent a representation to the respondent herein on 09.12.2022 requesting for reinstatement. It is the case of the petitioner that she had attained superannuation but she was not permitted to retire.
3. In view of the above said facts, it is for the respondent to decide whether to disburse the terminal benefits or not. The respondent is directed to dispose of the representation given by the petitioner on 09.12.2022 within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
