ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 154 of 2013 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 03.12.2025, the trial Court has sent a report to the Registrar (Judicial) vide proceedings in D.No.7/2026, dated 02.01.2026, furnishing the year wise breakup with regard to the pendency of the cases and informing that 281 cases pertaining to the year 2025 are pending.

3.The suit in O.S.No.154 of 2013 was originally filed before the District Munsif, Pattukkottai and has now been transferred to the Sub Court, Pattukkottai and renumbered as O.S.No.295 of 2025. Considering the fact that the suit has been pending since 2013, the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District, is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed. No costs.
