This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent to strictly instruct the second respondent for not to harass the petitioner and his family members in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has filed an application for anticipatory bail before the sessions court in Crime No. 63 of 2019 and the sessions court by an order dated 20.02.2019 has granted anticipatory bail with a condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. He would also submit that the petitioner has not complied with the said condition and that the respondents are not harassing the petitioner. the respondent police is not harassing the petitioner. 4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
