ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukottai District to complete the trial and dispose of the case in STC No.638 of 2018 within stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a complainant in STC No. 638 of 2018. He would submit that the matter is pending for initial questioning of the accused and there is no progress in this case.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukottai District to dispose the case pending in STC No. 638 of 2018 within a period of six months from the next hearing date and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
