Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to complete the speedy enquiry on basis of petitioner complaint dated 18.08.2025 and 02.09.2025 and to take necessary action in accordance with law within the time stipulated.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus to direct the second respondent to take action on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.08.2025 and 02.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, the second respondent is conducting an enquiry and appropriate action would be taken within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. However, it is needless to state that if the petitioner is aggrieved by any action taken by the second respondent, it is open to her to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.
