ORDER

The petitioner, an employee of TASMAC, has been placed under suspension by the impugned notice dated 04.11.2024. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2.By an order dated 07.11.2024, this Court has granted an order of interim stay and therefore, the petitioner was reinstated and he is now working. Pending writ petition, it appears that a charge memo has been issued to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would cooperate for the disciplinary proceedings. 3.Since charge memo has already been issued and the petitioner is reinstated pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary 2/4

proceedings, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is expected to cooperate for the disciplinary proceedings. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
