This Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner to remove the iron gate put up by the third respondent land in Survey No.D/4 42-3 situate at Kesari Street, Water Tank Road, Nagercoil, on the basis of her complaint to the first and second respondents dated 07.12.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint as against the third respondent in respect of preventing her from using common passage and also threatening her. Crl.O.P.(MD).No.18789 of 2019 initiated in CSR No. 742 of 2019 and both the parties have been summoned for enquiry. If if transpires during enquiry that the petitioner needs to be given protection, it will be duly provided.
