Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner, in his post, as the Head Master of the 2nd respondent institution by treating the period of suspension from 01.02.2000 to 10.09.2001, as duty period, and to pay the petitioner all the full pay, for the period from 01.02. 2000 to 10.09.2001, together with the unearned and earned leave, and the increment and to pay the revised rate of pension, with interest at the rate of 9% per annum from 11.09.2001 till payment, within a time frame as may be fixed by this court. This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnors/respondents herein for the acts of Contempt of Court for the disobedience of the order in W.P.(MD) No.17591 of 2015 dated 17.07.2019, on the file of this Court.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order has been complied with. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to file a petition in the manner known to law.
