Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

Considering the limited relief sought for in the writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to bring to the logical conclusion the UDR proceedings that had been initiated in proceedings D6/2396239/24, dated 20.08.2024 within a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
