ORDER : The Court made the following order :- On 18.09.2025, this Court granted interim anticipatory bail on 1/3

condition to co-operate with the investigation conducted by the respondent police. But, it appears that the petitioner has not comply the above said order. Hence, this Court is inclined to dismiss the application. 2.Accordingly, the interim order already granted by this Court on 08.09.2025, stands vacated and this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
