2) That the appellant-Insurance Company be and is hereby directed to pay the compensation as awarded by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, (Additional District Judge), Fast Track Court, Virudhunagar, in M.C.O.P.No.54 of 2003 dated 28.08.2003 to the respondent herein/claimant ;

3) That there be no order as to costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
