This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 03/10/2023.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is being undertaken in C.S.R.No.933 of 2023 and the enquiry is still pending.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the private respondents are having no right or encumbrance over the property over which a complaint has been given.

5. Let the enquiry be completed within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
