PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to re-transfer the petitioner from the third respondent temple to fourth respondent temple by considering the petitioner representation dated 21.04.2023 within time stipulated by this Court. The instant writ petition has been filed by a Watchman working in the third respondent temple seeking a Mandamus to consider his request to retransfer him to the fourth respondent temple.

2. It could be seen from the records that the request of the petitioner has been forwarded by the third respondent temple to the first respondent and it is pending with the first respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4.

4. Considering the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to take a decision after getting report from the Executive Officer of the third respondent as well as from the Executive Officer of the fourth respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
