DECREE : This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the order of the Lower Court, and the material paper in this appeal and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.Sivaraman, Advocate for the Appellant and Mr.M.Ramasamy, Advocate for the first Respondent, and Mr.S.Srinivasa Ragahavan Advocate for the 4th Respondent, the Respondents two and three are not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, this Court while dismissing the appeal doth order and decree as follows :- i) that the Judgment and Decree passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Judge, Aruppukottai, made in M.C.O.P.No.32 of 2009 dated 15.03.2012 be and hereby are confirmed.
ii) that the Appellant Insurance Company /herein/2nd Respondent be and hereby is directed to deposit the entire award amount together with interest and costs within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, less already deposited. Iii) that on such deposit, the first Respondent/herein/ Claimant, be and here by is permitted to withdraw the entire amount without filing any application before the tribunal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
