ORDER
The petitioner seeks for quash of the FIR in Crime No.222 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that after completion of investigation, the final report has been filed as 'mistake of fact' on 15.05.2011 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 15.12.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm 2/4
