ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No. 37 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent Police and to file the final report before the concerned Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.37 of 2025, the final report will be filed before the concerned Court within a period of six weeks.

3. Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.37 of 2025 and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
