By an order dated 11.11.2024, this Court directed the learned Special Judge (FAC), Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, (District Level), Thoothukudi, to dispose of Spl.S.C.No.97 of 2024, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.311/2025, dated 06.03.2025, wherein, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 11.11.2024, made in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply 1/3

with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19365 of 2022 dated 11.11.2024.
