PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS PRAYER :- To release the petitioner on bail in S.C.No.89/2022 on the file of the II Addl Dist and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi in Cr.No.75 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.8, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.02.2024 and was facing trial for the offence under Sections 294(b), 307, 302, 506(ii) IPC @ 147, 148, 294(b), 302 and 307 r/w 120(B) of IPC in S.C.No.89 of 2022 on the file of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi, seeks bail.

2. Considering the earlier order passed by this Court on 15.10.2024 in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.17291 of 2024 and also the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the trial is still going on, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail petition at this juncture.
