This application is filed to grant extension of time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9708 of 2024, dated 22.07.2024. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and one week is extended from today to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready, failing which, the petition shall stands automatically dismissed.
