PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus forbearing the respondents 8 to 9 from appointing the Assistant Professors to the 7th respondent college as per the approval letter in Na.Ka.No.22746/G2/2019, dated 20.11.2019 issued by the 2nd respondent, which is obtained fraudulently by them.
