O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No.241 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed and the charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.329 of 2023. Hence, no further orders are required in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
