PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to survey the land as per sub division ordered by Tahsildar, in sub division petition No. 461/2000 dated 24.03.2000 in survey No.371/1 to 371/16 situated at Pallividai Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, on the basis of the survey fees of Rs.7200/- (Rupees seven thousand two hundred) on 01.08.2024 in the name of M.Anandhan in challan No.20240801008409 and further direct the respondents 2 to 4 herein to mark the four boundaries for the land belongs to the petitioner and pass such further or other orders as this Court. ORDER

By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction for survey of the lands bearing Registration No.371/1 to 371/16 situated at Pallividai Village, Lalkudi Village Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District. 2.On perusal of the affidavit in support of the petition, particularly paragraph No.8 thereof, it appears that the primary grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the alleged encroachment of public pathway by the respondents 5 to 13. If so, the petitioner should approach the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court seeking removal of encroachment.
