Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.784 of 2024, pending therein within time fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming upon for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 13.11.2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the District Judge Family Court,Madurai,in D.No.1067 dated 16.07.2025 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in HMOP No.784 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai,this Court made the following order:- By order dated 13.11.2024, this Court directed the Court below to

dispose of the Case in H.M.O.P.No.784 of 2024, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.1067/2025, dated 16.07.2025, whereby and where under stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 13.11.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, six months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 13.11.2024.
