ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused No.2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.12.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 5(g), 5(1), 6, 9(g), 9(1), 10, 13(a) and 14(1) of POCSO Act, in Crime No.32 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner has already moved three earlier bail petitions which were all dismissed by this Court. The case is now at the stage of examination of the investigation officer.
