This petition has been filed to withdraw the case of STC No. 361/2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate court, Periyakulam, Theni District and transfer the same to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Vadipatti, or any other Magistrate Court situated in nearby district.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already the main case itself was disposed of by the trial Court. Hence, the petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
