M/S.DHARANI, Advocate for the Intervener, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking modification of condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17920 of 2024, on 19.10.2024. 2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent.
3.The petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.5(ii). The petitioner has expressed some difficulty in complying with this condition and hence, sought for modification. 4.The co-accused in this case filed a bail petition and while granting bail, this Court directed the co-accused to appear before the respondent Police daily. The same condition can be imposed against the petitioner also. 5.In the light of the above discussion, the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.5(ii) is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 05.30 p.m., until further orders. 2/4
