This Civil Revision Petition is filed for early disposal of I.A.No.74 of 2017 in R.C.A.No.38 of 2016, pending on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority Cum Principal Sub Judge Trichirappalli, within the time fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a stay application in I.A.No.74 of 2017 in R.C.A.No.38 of 2016 before the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority Cum Principal Sub-Judge, Trichirappalli. The grievance of the petitioner is that though this application was filed in the year 2017 and the respondents have entered appearance, even then they have not filed their counter affidavit so far and therefore this application is still pending. Hence, a suitable direction may be issued to the learned 2/5

Rent Control Appellate Authority Cum Principal Sub Judge Trichirappalli, to dispose of I.A at the earliest. 3.Perusal of the records shows that the respondents had entered appearance before learned Rent Control Appellate Authority Cum Principal Sub-Judge, Trichirappalli and though sufficient time was given to them, they have not filed counter affidavit so far and the case is adjourned to several time.

4.Considering the limited scope of this petition, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Civil Revision petition with a direction to the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority Cum Principal Sub-Judge Trichirappalli to dispose I.A.No.74 of 2017 in R.C.A.No.38 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
