Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 to 6 to issue revised patta with correct measurement to the petitioner by implementing the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Pa.Mu.No.323/2024/J dated 09.08.2024, within a stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

Heard Mr.M.Saravana Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Muthu Manikkam, learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 to 6 to issue revised patta with correct measurement to the petitioner by implementing the order of the second respondent dated 09.08.2024.

A perusal of the order dated 09.08.2024 indicates that the petitioner's claim had been accepted and direction had been issued to the fourth respondent herein to correct chitta and FMB sketch as per the the sale deed of the petitioner and to grant patta to the petitioner. The order also indicates that the said order is subject to revision to be filed by the aggrieved persons before the first respondent.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would claim that no revision petition has been preferred by the aggrieved parties against the said order.

Since there has been a specific direction issued by the second respondent to the fourth respondent to correct the chitta and FMB sketch and to grant patta as per the sale deed through which the petitioner's claim his right, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to comply with the direction issued by the second respondent in its order dated 09.08.2024. However, the same shall be subject to any revision petition filed by any of the aggrieved party. Such exercise shall be carried out within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
