This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the respondents 4 and 5 based on the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent in e.f.vz;:c, 1/3515/2023 dated 07.08.2023.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner made a complaint on 15.06.2023, to the District Collector and other officers concerned with regard to misappropriation of Panchayat fund by the respondents 4 and 5. After receipt of petitioner's complaint, the 2nd respondent sent a communication to the 3rd respondent by its proceedings in e.f.vz;: c, 1/3515/2023 dated 07.08.2023, to take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner. Even after receipt of the same, till today, the third respondent has not taken any steps against the respondents 4 and 5. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 2/4

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the third respondent conducted an enquiry and closed the said complaint vide its proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa7/2075/2023, dated 14.07.2023.
