O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned proceedings issued by the 1st respondent herein in Mu.Mu.No.1330/A2/2025 dated 22.05.2025 and seeking a consequential direction to the 1st respondent herein to approve the petitioner's appointment as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 3rd respondent School from the original date of appointment i.e., 25.07.2022 with salary and all other attendant benefits.

2. I have carefully considered the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record. 2/4

The approval for the appointment of the petitioner had been granted with prospective effect from 22.01.2025, even though the petitioner had been appointed in the school on 25.07.2022, on the ground that there has been management surplus in the school. The 3rd respondent would also submit that there is surplus of teachers in the joint management of which the 3rd respondent school is part of.

4. In view of the same, this Court do not find any infirmity in the impugned order herein. Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 17.11.2025 NCC:yes/no Index:yes/no Internet:yes/no gvn 3/4
