ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.265 of 2022 pending on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of the Deputy Superintendent of Police or the third respondent for investigation based on the petitioner's representation, dated 17.11.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that even though, a Special Team was formed to find out the accused involved in this case, they could not trace out the accused. Hence, the case was referred as 'undetected' and undetected report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Thoothukudi, on 22.09.2023.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. 19.02.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No dss 2/4
