ORDER

The petitioners seek to quash the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.438 of 2021 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, which was filed for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

2.Admittedly, this is the second quash petition and the earlier quash petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 18.04.2024. There is no change in circumstances to entertain the second quash petition. 2/4

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
