This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.12.2019 and 12.12.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the fourth respondent who is father of the petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent alleging that her daughter was kidnapped by one Regunath Manikandan and in respect of which a case in Crime No.620 of 2019 has been registered for offence under Section 363 of IPC. He would also submit that if the petitioner is having any grievance she can appear before the second respondent and inform about the same and if necessary suitable protection will be given to her.
