2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that as per the order passed by the Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Wing, South Zone, Chennai, now the investigation has been taken up by the District Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Ramanathapuram. Now the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives for further consideration in this case. The matter has become infructuous.
