PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the basis of the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District in Cr.M.P.No.5057 of 2019 dated on 26.08.2019 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District in Cr.M.P.No.5057 of 2019 dated on 26.08.2019. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the reference of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam enquiry was conducted by the second respondent and final report has been filed before the concerned Court on 13.10.2019.
