ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation in connection with the petitioner's complaint dated 01.12.2020 pending on the file of the 2nd Respondent to the 3rd Respondent or any other competent authority as per the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichirappalli, in Cr.M.P.No.10726 of 2021 on 11.11.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at the time of filing of this petition, no FIR has been registered and thereafter, during the pendency of this petition, FIR has been registered in Crime No.5 of 2026 on 18.02.2026. However, they have not filed final report sofar.

3. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to direct the third respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2026 as expeditiously as possible and file final report preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4

this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
