PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of Impugned Provisional Selection List dated 29.11.2019 in No.8/MRB/2016 for the direct recruitment to the posts of Lab Technician Grade-II-2016 by the Respondent No.1 herein pursuant to the Notification No.8/MRB/2016 dated 31.01.2016 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to call the Petitioner for certificate verification and appoint the Petitioner as Laboratory Technician Grade-II for the direct recruitment to the posts of Lab Technician Grade-II-2016 with consequential benefits within the time stipulated by this Court.
