ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the case in Crime No.130 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and the same is pending in C.N.R.No.TNVROF008433/2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
